At his opening remarks, Benny congratulated the successful achievements of the students, and encouraged them to continue to work hard. He noted that elevation of urban design quality is an important strategy in the Outline of the 15th Five-Year Plan of China, and therefore urban designers would shoulder heavy responsibility in coming years.
