On 22 August 2025, members of the Public Affairs Committee (PAC) of the Hong Kong Institute of Urban Design (HKIUD) had the privilege of visiting the Northern Metropolis Coordination Office (NMCO). 

We extend our sincere appreciation to Mr. Vic Yau, Head of NMCO, and Mr. K. W. Ng, Head of Planning & Development Team (2), for graciously receiving us and providing a comprehensive overview of the Office’s organisational structure and ongoing initiatives. The meeting facilitated a highly constructive and insightful exchange, contributing meaningfully to our understanding of the strategic planning efforts within the Northern Metropolis.
